The opportunity We’re seeking a self-motivated and proactive Senior Administration Officer to join our Financial Services Unit on a permanent basis. Directly supporting our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Coordinators within the broader team, your role is key in ensuring the smooth coordination and management of daily work tasks including calendar management and adhoc project tasks. Working within this Unit requires a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail, providing administrative support and resolving stakeholder enquiries where suitable. This is a permanent opportunity – working full-time 35 hours / week access to a flexible working arrangement Base Salary Range : $69,600 to $81,716 pa based on 35 hours / week 12% superannuation $2,464 retention allowance You will be working from PSC Administration Building, Raymond Terrace Some of the key responsibilities within this role are listed below however you can view the full list here – view the position description. Coordinate and manage daily work tasks, enquiries and correspondence including calendar management and project plans Support, facilitate and implement the operation of finance processes Prepare, reconcile and submit monthly statutory statistical and financial reports Complete tasks that require specialised administrative skills including the compilation of business paper reports. Please Note: For the purpose of recruitment, the title of Senior Administration Officer has been used to reflect the equivalent industry title.
